We are seeking an experienced Assistant Technician (Formulations Sherbrooke) for our Safety Assessment site in Sherbrooke, Canada.
The following are the minimum responsibilities related to the Assistant Technician (Formulations Sherbrooke) position:
- Maintain the laboratories, clean glassware and manage wastes according to the Good Laboratories Practices (GLP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Health and Safety regulations.
- Maintain the stocks of general use of products (gloves, masks, tubes, etc.)
- Clean, verify and calibrate relevant laboratory equipment (balances, pipettes, pH meters, etc.)
- Help technical staff according to operational needs
The following are minimum qualifications related to the Assistant Technician (Formulations Sherbrooke) position:
- High school diploma
- High capacity to establish and follow their own schedule. Be autonomous to manage priorities based on operationnal needs. Work in collaboration with the staff of their department, as well as with staff of other departments. Adapt to changes.
